Barbara Marie Horne, 77, died Friday, August 12, 2016, at Life Care Center of Gray, Tenn., after a lengthy illness.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Thomas Maggart and Mark Maggart.
She is survived by three children, Michael Maggart, Whiteville, N.C., Cindy Chandler, Blountville, Tenn., and Donald Maggart, Johnson City, Tenn., and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
