• Coby Wilson, 26, 1010 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Sgt. Mark McClain on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Henry Blevins Sr., 52, 1120 Cedar St., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Jenna Markland on warrants charging him with two counts of failure to appear and an Attachment for Contempt out of Circuit Court.
• Jamie Horton, 37, 1728 Charlotte Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Sgt. Mark McClain on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
