• Joni Cable, 38, no address available, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington and charged with domestic assault.

• Jerry Harrison, 41, 130 Canter Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman on warrants charging him with violation of parole, violation of probation and two counts of failure to appear.

• Noel Gentry, 47, 385 H. Heaton Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Jenna Markland and charged with driving under the influence and violation of the implied consent law.
