• Allen Lawhern, 28, 201 W. Mill St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Sgt. Samantha Beckett and charged with vandalism.

• Nathaniel Gibson, 35, 1095 Bristol Highway, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer David Johnson and charged with public intoxication and violation of the open container law.
