• Kenneth Osborne, 31, 300 Greenway Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Joshua Atkinson, 29, 100 Riverside Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Sgt. Michael Malone on an Juvenile Court Attachment charging him with failure to appear.

• Jadiah Green, 27, 102 Mountain Hollow Court, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Thomas Hill and charged with driving on a revoked license.

• Jennifer Garland, 44, 145 Rosewood Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.

• Steven Garland, 48, 145 Rosewood Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Victoria Godwin, 29, 1401 Virginia St., Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.

• Travis Balado, 41, 216 Dogwood Acres, Hampton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Simerly and charged with public intoxication.

• Daniel Nelson, 36, 427 Cash Hollow Road, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging him with failure to report to serve jail time.

• Dustin Hurley, 37, 1720 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Cody James on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Brooke Thornburg, 35, 124 Arwood Hill Road, Hampton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.

• Albert Hawks Jr., 63, 166 Beryl Blevins Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Jason Barnett, 35, 115 Carr Road, Watauga, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Thomas Hill on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.

• Michael Tittle, 35, 519 Meadow Brook Ave., Jonesborough, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Austin Mason, 19, 1448 Milligan Highway, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Issac Reha on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.

• Christa Marshall, 39, 645 Willow Springs Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer James Stevens charging her with shoplifting.

• James Buckingham, 28, 297 Holston Mountain Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on Wednesday by EPD Cpl. Matthew Taylor and charged with resisting arrest. Officers also issued him a criminal summons charging him with shoplifting.

• Melissa Blevins, 28, no address available, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Cpl. Sarah Ellison charging her with possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Gary Fletcher, 35, 1330 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested on Wednesday by officers of the EPD and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. Officers also served him with outstanding warrants charging him with violation of probation and failure to appear.

• Tina Campbell, 43, 133 Brown Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on Wednesday by EPD Cpl. Matthew Taylor and charged with purchasing alcoholic beverages for a minor and disorderly conduct.

• Katelynn Albert, 19, 141 Henry Stout Branch Butler, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Cpl. Matthew Taylor charging her with the underage consumption of alcohol.

• Taylor Hunt, 22, 2140 W. G St., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by EPD Officer Eric Buck and charged with vandalism under domestic violence.
