Nathaniel “Huff” Huffman

Nathaniel “Huff” Huffman, 41, passed away Thursday, September 7, 2017. A native of Carter County, he was the son of Teresa Henson Stapleton, Elizabethton, and Michael Huffman.
“Huff” was a 1994 graduate of Elizabethton High School. He was an electrician and was of the Christian faith. “Huff” enjoyed watching antique shows and especially spending time with his daughter, Isabella.
Mr. Huffman was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandmother, Hazel Odom, and his maternal grandparents, James and Grayton Henson.
In addition to his mother, those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Breanna Peace Huffman, Knoxville, Tenn.; his daughter, Isabella Huffman, Elizabethton; and his mother-in-law, Teresa Peace, of Ohio. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
The family will hold a graveside and inurnment service to honor the life of Nathaniel “Huff” Huffman at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 13, in the Sims Hill Christian Church Cemetery with Rev. Dennis Wilson officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be Brian Henson and James Henson. Everyone will meet at the cemetery on Wednesday for the service.
