Billy Jack Harrell, 63, of Johnson City, died Monday, January 1, 2018.
Visitation will be on Sunday, January 7, from 3 to 4 p.m. at Morris-Baker Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow in the Oak Chapel under the direction of Pastor Greg Wagner.
