First Christian
Sunday morning worship at First Christian Church begins at 9:45 a.m. and will feature a message by Minister Michael Klaus. The communion meditation will be given by Gene Estep, and scripture will be read by Teresa Densford.
Special music will be by Janie Broyles.
Bible school classes will meet at 11 a.m.
At noon, the ladies will have a soup and sandwich luncheon to raise funds toward their spring retreat.
Evening services will begin at 6 p.m. and will include classes for both youth and children.
The Tuesday morning prayer group will meet at 10 a.m.
Wednesday evening services will be at 6 p.m.

First Presbyterian
Dr. Brian Wyatt, pastor, will preach Sunday at the 11 a.m. worship service at First Presbyterian Church, Elizabethton. The scripture reading for the service is Luke 10: 25-37.
An education hour for all ages will be at 9:45 a.m.
Other opportunities for the week include Meditation Wednesday at 7 p.m.; the Thursdays with Jesus Reading Group from 10:30 a.m. to noon Wednesday. The group is presently reading the book, “Moral Combat,” by R. Marie Griffith.
Yoga is each Friday from 10 a.m. to noon.

Willow Springs
The Rev. Charles “Toonie” Cash will teach a winter Bible study at Willow Springs Baptist Church beginning Sunday, Feb. 4, and continuing through Wednesday, Feb. 7.
He will be preaching at the 11 a.m. service Sunday. The Bible study will begin at the 6 p.m. service Sunday. Monday through Wednesday meetings will be
at 7 p.m.
Dr. Kenneth Jordan is serving the church as pastor, and everyone is invited.
First Free Will
The youth of First Free Will Baptist will host a soup and sandwich dinner Sunday following the 11 a.m. worship service.
The meal will be served in the Christian Life Center at noon or shortly thereafter. Donations will be accepted for youth activities.
The church is located at 706 First St. Everyone is invited.
First United Methodist
The pastor, the Rev. Raymond Amos Sr., will have the message at Sunday morning worship Feb. 4 at First United Methodist Church, Elizabethton. His message, “Everyone Needs Jesus,” is based on Mark 1: 29-39.
Morning worship begins at 9:55 a.m. Sunday School is at 11:20 a.m.
The Junior High 4:12 Student Ministries will meet Sunday from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. and the Senior High Ministries from 5:45 to 7:30 p.m. Coolagers will meet Wednesday at 6 p.m.
The Wednesday evening Life Lessons Bible Study will be at 6 p.m. in the fellowship hall.

Redeemer Lutheran
The morning worship service Sunday, Feb. 4, at Redeemer Lutheran Church will begin at 10:30 a.m. The message “Preach and Live the Gospel of Jesus Christ” will be presented by Deacon Tim Carter.
Sunday School begins at 9:30 a.m.
The church is located at 234 W. F St., and the public is invited.
