The following arrests have been reported by the Elizabethton Police Department:

Rickey Harding, 60, 1200 Burgie St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sept. 7 by EPD Officer David Johnson and charged on an outstanding warrant for domestic assault and vandalism.

Bryan Parlier, 43, 701 Hemlock St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sept. 8 by EPD Officer Paul Brown and charged on outstanding warrants for arrest.

Dave Bowling, 49, 1572 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested Sept. 8 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett and charged on an active warrant for arrest and charged with methamphetamine unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Jacob White, 21, 302 Whitewood Blvd., Johnson City, was arrested Sept. 9 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett and charged with public intoxication.

William Hubbard, 41, 120 Tall Oak Circle, Johnson City, was arrested Sept. 9 by EPD Officer Aaron Bennett and charged with driving under the influence, violation of light law, and violation of implied consent.

James Cox, 32, 500 Underwood Springs Private Drive, Bluff City, was arrested Sept. 12 by EPD Officer Cody Mullins and charged with violation of an order of protection.

Adam Heaton, 39, 119 Heaton Ridge Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Sept. 12 by EPD Officer David Johnson and charged with public intoxication.

Chadwick Holtzclaw, 40, address unavailable, was arrested Sept. 14 by EPD and charged with burglary.

Holly Holtzclaw, 21, address unavailable, was arrested Sept. 14 by EPD and charged with burglary.

Ovia Shouse, 53, 170 Willocks Road, Johnson City, was arrested Sept. 14 by EPD Officer Jason Mosier and charged with public intoxication.

Jon Clark, 56, address withheld, was arrested Sept. 15 by EPD Sgt. James Sexton and charged with simple domestic assault.

Kenneth Thompson, 45, 117 Williams Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Sept. 16 by EPD Officer Joe Holtsclaw and charged on a warrant for violation of probation.

The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:

Adrean Clark, 36, 114 Wilson Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Sept. 13 by CCSO Investigator Myles Cook on an outstanding attachment for contempt and violation of probation.

Michael Campbell, 67, 824 Walnut St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sept. 13 by CCSO Deputy Robert Scott for DUI (second offense) and driving on revoked.

Pamela Greene, 61, 157 Chambers Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sept. 14 by CCSO Investigator Myles Cook for aggravated burglary.

Mary Tolley, 34, 122 Nanny Goat Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sept. 14 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Chadwick Holtzclaw, 40, 924 Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Sept. 14 by CCSO Deputy Kevin Kemp on an active warrant for failure to appear.

Brittany White, 29, 1319 Bell Ridge Road, Johnson City, was arrested Sept. 14 by CCSO Deputy Robert Scott for violation of probation.

D.J. Holsclaw, 18, 149 Mill Pond Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sept. 15 by CCSO Deputy Steve Tipton on a warrant for failure to appear.

Ricky Julian, 54, 146 Floyd Moody Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Sept. 15 by CCSO Lt. Mark McClain on a warrant for violation of probation.

Christy Brown, 43, address withheld, was arrested Sept. 16 by CCSO Deputy Robert Scott for simple possession Schedule II, drug paraphernalia and possession of a handgun while under the influence.

Allen Lyons, 47, address withheld, was arrested Sept. 16 by CCSO Deputy Robert Scott for simple possession Schedule II, drug paraphernalia and possession of a handgun while under the influence.

Amanda Oaks, 28, 118 Little Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Sept. 16 by CCSO Deputy Cody James for failure to appear and the introduction of contraband.

Jeffrey Tester, 57, 128 Edgewater Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sept. 16 by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman on an active warrant.

Joshua Pearce, 39, 128 Honeycutt St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sept. 16 by CCSO Lt. Mark McClain for failure to report to serve jail time.

Mickey Campbell,  28, 219 Estep Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sept. 16 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak on several outstanding warrants, affidavit violations of community corrections, violation of probation and failure to appear. He is also being charged with (TCA 39-16-602) for resisting stop, frisk, halt, arrest or search prevention or obstruction of service of legal writ or process and (TCA 39-16-603) evading arrest.

Timothy Arnold, 28, 2604 Hwy. 91, Elizabethton, was arrested Sept. 16 by CCSO Deputy William Staschak for an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

Mickey Campbell,  52, 225 Estep Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sept. 16 by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman with false reporting.

Shawn Shuffler, 26, 614 West C St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sept. 16 by CCSO Deputy Mckenly Berry on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation.

Dustin James, 23, 419 Sportsman Dock Road, Piney Flats, was arrested Sept. 17 by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman on an active arrest warrant.

Heather Simpson, 30, 135 Holly Hill Road, Jonesborough, was arrested Sept. 17 by CCSO Lt. Mark McClain for failure to report to serve jail time and a warrant for violation of probation.

Colleen Stevens, 40, 1015 Arney St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sept. 17 by CCSO Lt. Mark McClain for failure to report to serve jail time and a warrant for failure to appear.
