Annie Jean Bautista, 81, of Elizabethton, passed away Monday, October 7, 2018.
She was the daughter of the late John and Effie Timbs Lovelace and was also preceded in death by an infant sister.
Jean was a member of Southside Christian Church and a 1956 graduate of Elizabethton High School. She worked in many areas of the health care field including as an activities director and CNA. She loved being with her church family and reading the Bible.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Lisa Ensor and husband Ronnie and their son Bayley of Elizabethton, Tenn.; son, Tim Bautista and wife Shyenti and children Lauren and Richard of Trussville, Ala.; two sisters, Sonia Walker of Elizabethton and Elizabeth Kulka of Chesterfield, Mich.; and two brothers, Johnny Lovelace and Jackie Lovelace, both of Elizabethton. Survivors also include several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Annie Jean Bautista will be conducted at 7 p.m. Wednesday, October 10, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with Mr. Mike Koruschak officiating. Charles Dugger will be providing music. Visitation will precede the service from 5 to 7 p.m. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, October 11, at Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active pallbearers, who are requested to assemble at the funeral home at 10:20 a.m. Thursday, will be selected from the men of Southside Christian Church.
