Richard Clarke, 74, Elizabethton passed away Monday, October 22, 2018 at his residence. He moved from Huntington Park, California to Elizabethton a number of years ago.

Graveside Service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, October 25, 2018 in the Wilson Cemetery with Chaplain Mark Morgan officiating.
