Long Hollow
Southern Harmony will be featured at a song service Saturday, March 2, at Long Hollow Baptist Church.
The service will begin at 7 p.m. and everyone is invited.

First United Methodist
“Wake Up And Don’t Say A Word; God Is Speaker” is the topic for Sunday’s sermon at the morning worship service at First United Methodist Church, Elizabethton. The sermon text is Luke 9: 28-36.
Morning worship is at 9:55 a.m. and Sunday School follows at 11:20 a.m.
The 4:12 Junior High Student Ministries will meet Sunday from 4:12 to 5:25 p.m., and the Senior High Student Ministries will meet from 5:30 to 7:15 p.m. Both groups will meet in the 4:12 Ministries House. The Koolagers will meet Wednesday at 6 p.m.
Wednesday Night Life Lessons is at 6 p.m. Wednesday in the church fellowship hall.

First Christian
First Christian Church, Elizabethton, will have an in-house singspiration Sunday at 9:45 a.m. with individuals and groups using their talents to glorify the Lord, along with congregational singing. Gary White will have the communion meditation and Kaii Schaut will read the morning scripture.
The Sunday evening service at 6 p.m. will feature Terry and Isaac Johnson leading the worship service. Ben Cole will have the message.
Bible study will be held Wednesday at 6 p.m. after which choir practice will be held.

Watauga Valley
The youth of Watauga Valley Free Will Baptist Church will host a fundraising spaghetti supper Saturday, March 9, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the church.
The menu will include spaghetti, salad, bread, dessert and drink.
Tickets are $7 and may be purchased in advance or at the door. Carryouts will be available.
Watauga Valley Free Will Baptist Church is located at 106 Watauga Valley Church Road, beside Unaka High School.

First Free Will
Greg Patterson from Hello World, 91.5 Radio, will speak Saturday, March 2, at 7 p.m. at First Free Will Baptist Church, Elizabethton, and again Sunday at the 11 a.m. worship service.
Special singing will be presented Sunday at the morning worship service by Russell Bennett, gospel soloist from Kingsport.
First Free Will is located at 706 First St.
The Rev. Nathan Jennings, pastor, invites the public to attend.

Lynn Valley
Dr. Mack Tester will lead revival services March 3-5 at Lynn Valley Baptist Church. His messages will be on the subject “End Times.”
Service times are Sunday at 10:15 a.m. and 6 p.m. and at 7 p.m. Monday and Tuesday.
The public is invited. Dennis Wilson is pastor.

Chinquapin Grove
Chinquapin Grove Baptist Church, Bluff City, will host a webinar Saturday, March 9, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon with Allan Taylor. The subject of the webinar is “Using Sunday School As A Strategy to Fulfill the Great Commission.”
The webinar will discuss 12 reasons why Sunday School is an effective strategy to fulfill the command of Jesus to make disciples.

First Presbyterian
The pastor, Dr. Brian Wyatt, will preach Sunday at the 11 a.m. worship service at First Presbyterian Church, Elizabethton. The subject of his message is “The Resurrected Church” based on Acts 5: 12-13.
An Education Hour is at 9:45 a.m.
Other opportunities of the week include: Mediation at 7 p.m. Wednesday; the Thursdays with Jesus Reading Group from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon Thursday; Exercise Class Tuesday and Thursday from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m.; and yoga, Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.
