Cecil Rhonda Reece

Cecil Rhonda Reece, 74, of Elizabethton, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at the Cornerstone Village, Johnson City.
A native of Carter County, he was a son of the late William Eart and Okie Opal Campbell Reece.
Mr. Reece was a former employee of North American Rayon Corporation. He attended Eternal Life Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Carroll Ray Reece; a daughter, Linda Kay Reece; and a brother, Richard Reece.
Survivors include his children, Rebecca Mayse, Johnson City, William L. Reece, Butler, James R. Reece and wife Edith, Cecil Allen Reece and girlfriend Meloney, Hubert E. Reece and wife Dawn and Mark Reece, all of Elizabethton; five sisters, Elwanda Shupe, Martha Vines, Sherry Hicks, Anita Blackwell and Karen Yates; four brothers, V.W., Bobby, Wayne and Leonard Reece; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and his ex-wife, Kelly Reece.
Funeral services for Cecil Rhonda Reece will be conducted at 7 p.m. Friday, March 29, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with Pastor Richard Taylor officiating. Music will be provided by Margaret Calderon and Bill Smith. The graveside service and interment will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 30, in the Reece Cemetery, Butler. Active pallbearers, who are requested to assemble at the funeral home at noon Saturday, will be David Reece, Charles Mayse, Terry Mann, Sonny Parlier, David Parlier and Steve Peters. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Friends may also visit with the family at the residence of Kelly Reece, 112 S. Watauga Avenue, Apt. 2, Elizabethton. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at noon Saturday to go to the cemetery. Condolences may be sent to the family at our website at www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
