Rebecca Ann Shell, 53, of Elizabethton, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2019, at Johnson City Medical Center. She was born in Baltimore, Md., to the late Hampton Murray and Martha Jane Cain Gentry.
Mrs. Shell was a longtime resident of Carter County.
Survivors include her husband, Harlan Shell I, and three children, Harlan Shell II, Heather Shell Coy (Shannon) and Jessica Shell Matheson (James). Also left to cherish her memory are eight grandchildren; sister, Sandy Colley; aunt, Caroline Humphrey; and niece, Sarah Murray.
It was Mrs. Shell’s wish to be cremated. The family will have a private service at a later date. Condolences may be sent to the family at our website at www.memorialfcelizabethton.com.
