Teddy Roosevelt Lee White

Teddy Roosevelt Lee White, 79, of Johnson City, passed away Friday, May 10, 2019, at Hermitage Health Center after an extended illness.
A native of Dante, Va., he was a son of the late James Thomas Lee and Addie McIntosh White. He had lived in Tennessee for several years.
Teddy was employed at Security Feed Company for 20 years and 22 years at Jarl Extrusions.
He was preceded in death by two step-fathers, Robert T. White and Jason Moore, and a sister, Mildred F. Dingus.
Survivors include his son, Robert Thomas Dale White and wife Theresa; three daughters, Angie Wilson and husband Dexter, Crystal Dawn White and Dorothy M. White; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation, 202 Meadowview Parkway, Suite 100, Kingsport, TN 37660. The family would like to express a special “Thank You” to the entire staff of Hermitage Health Center for the excellent care our father received.
It was his wish to be cremated and a memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
