Trinity Baptist
Dr. Benny Carper from Greenville, S.C., who hosts the Bright Spot Hour on radio, will speak at Trinity Baptist Church, Elizabethton, at services Sunday through Wednesday.
He will preach at services Sunday at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Lunch will be served following the 11 a.m. service.
Services Monday through Wednesday will be at 7 p.m.
Dr. James Richardson is pastor.
The public is invited to attend.
First United Methodist
“Restoration Still Happens” will be the sermon time for Sunday’s message at First United Methodist Church, Elizabethton. The sermon is based on scripture from Luke 15:1-10.
Morning worship begins at 9:55 a.m. and Sunday School at 11:20 a.m.
The 4:12 Junior High Student Ministries will meet Sunday from 4:12 to 5:25 p.m. and Senior High Ministries will meet from 5:30 to 7:15 p.m. The Coolagers will meet Wednesdays at 6 p.m.
Wednesday Night Life Lessons will also be held Wednesday at 6 p.m. in the church fellowship hall.

First Free Will
Dr. Greg Patten of Hello World Radio will be at First Free Will Baptist Church, Elizabethton, Saturday, Sept. 7, and for both the morning and evening service Sunday.
A former news anchorman for one of NBC’s most watched news affiliates, Patten was once one of the country’s top DJ’s, who now pastors and presents the news from a conservative Christian point of view. Dr. Patten reports the news of the day from a Christian perspective.
The service Saturday will begin at 6:30 p.m. and Sunday services are at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.
The Rev. Nathan Jennings is pastor.

Willow Springs
Willow Springs Baptist Church will observe Homecoming Sunday on September 8. Services will begin with Dr. Kenneth Jordan preaching at 10 a.m.
At 11 a.m. Sacred Harmony will sing.
A meal will be served in the fellowship hall following the service.
All former pastors and members are welcome to attend.
There will be no evening service.
