Pandora “Penny” McGhee Constantine

GRAY — Pandora “Penny” McGhee Constantine, 63, 2137 Suncrest Village Lane, Gray, passed away at her residence Friday, September 13, 2019.
A native of Elizabethton, she was the daughter of the late Charles “Eddie” Collins and Helen “Bearyl” Collins. Ms. Constantine was a retired registered nurse serving 20 years for the Veteran’s Administration, Mountain Home. She attended Elizabethton High School and was a graduate of East Tennessee State University. Ms. Constantine enjoyed reading, shopping, gardening and adoring her granddaughters.
Survivors include a daughter, Candi Constantine-Castillo and her husband, Carlos Castillo, of Harlington, Texas, and grandchildren, Madison Natalia Constantine-Castillo and Irene Antonia “Nia” Constantine-Castillo.
A memorial prayer service will be conducted at Saint Elizabeth’s Catholic Church on Saturday, September 21, with Father Dennis Kress performing the service. Honorary pallbearers will be Carlos Castillo, Jan Constantine Malezis, Ron Malezis, Kerry Bernshausen and Chad Crigger.
