Kenneth Eugene “Hawkeye” Humphrey, 80, Elizabethton, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2019, in the Johnson City Medical Center.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in Memorial Funeral Chapel with Mr. John H. Smith, Minister officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until the service hour. Interment will follow in Happy Valley Memorial Park. Complete arrangements will be in Thursday’s paper.
