Hugh A. Sullivan, 77, of Johnson City, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 17, 2019, surrounded by family at his home. He was born in Butler, Tenn., and was the son of the late Millard and Nellie Leonard Sullivan.

The family would like to thank Dr. Frank Forbush, Dr. Stephen Fry, Dr. Christopher Mathews, the Radiology Department at Holston Valley Medical Center, and the staff of Amedysis Hospice for the loving care provided to Hugh over the years.
