Mark Randall Fine, 49, of Elizabethton, Tenn., went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 3, 2019, at Sycamore Shoals Hospital. Mark was born in Newport, Tenn., to the late Hubert and June Fine.
Mark was a sales manager for Spectrum Business and was a devoted member and elder of East River Park Christian Church. He enjoyed watching baseball, especially the New York Yankees, Elizabethton High School football and the Tennessee Vols. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family — watching Rachel run marathons and he enjoyed photography.
Those left to continue his legacy include his wife, Rachel Fine, of the home; his daughter, Morgan Fine and boyfriend Joe Griner of Elizabethton; his son, Blade Raney and wife Jeannie of Jacksonville, Fla.; a grandson, Beau Raney also of Jacksonville, Fla.; and a special friend, Chris Graham of Gray, Tenn.
A service to honor and celebrate the life of Mark Randall Fine will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 7, at East River Park Christian Church with Mr. Jason Payne, minister, and Pastor Greg Wagner officiating. Music will be provided by East River Park Christian Church Praise Team. The family will receive friends at the church from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Saturday, prior to the service. The committal and entombment will follow at Happy Valley Memorial Park, Mausoleum of Faith. Active pallbearers will be Justin Colbaugh, Ron Marvel, Derek Woodward, Justin Stauffer, Chris Fortner, Mark Duty and Rick Stanley. The family would like to especially thank Keith Greene, RN and Jessica Burleson, RN for the loving care given to Mark. Those who prefer memorials in lieu of flowers, may make donations to the American Cancer Society, 861 Weisgarber Road, Knoxville, TN 37909.
