The annual Holiday Wreath Ceremony in memory of homicide victims for the First Judicial District will be held Monday, Dec. 9, at 6 p.m. at the George Jaynes Courthouse in Washington County. The ceremony will be held on the first floor in Courtroom

4. The event allows families and friends of victims to hang an ornament in memory of their loved one. The event is sponsored by the District Attorney General’s Office and HOPE for Victims.
