Herman Ray Deloach will celebrate his 79th birthday Dec. 24. Herman is the son of the late Bill and Lottie Deloach and husband of late wife, Dottie. He has two children, Ray Deloach and his wife, Sherry, and Anett Miller and her husband, Greg. He also has a grandson, Brody Deloach. Ray was employed by North American Rayon Corp. in Elizabethton for many years and also served in the military. He will celebrate his birthday on Christmas Eve with his family.
