Emmy Estep, daughter of Jennifer Hicks and Scott Estep, Elizabethton, turned three years old on Sunday, Jan. 5. She celebrated her third birthday with a “Sheriff Callie” party on Saturday, Jan. 4, at Borderview Christian Church with friends and family. Grandparents are Mary Lewis, Randy Lewis, Ray Don and Suzette Markland. Emmy has a sister, Abbi Estep.
