Tressa Pierce McNeil, 63, Elizabethton, passed away Monday, January 13, 2020, at Johnson City Medical Center. Born April 7, 1956 in Frankford, Germany to the late James Earl Pierce Jr. and Shirley Gay Bowers Pierce, she had lived most of her life in Elizabethton.
Tressa was a graduate of Elizabethton High School. She attended the Church of God.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, David Heaton; a daughter, Katrina Nye; and three grandchildren, Christopher Thomas, Dalton James and Jonathan Nye.
Survivors include the love of her life, Marvin Estep; two children, Wendy Heaton and Krystal Thomas; her grandchildren, Tressa Grace, Erika Heaton, Dylan Heaton, James Nye and Jocelyn Nye; two great-grandchildren, Aliyah and Zoey; her sister, Linda Jenkins; a brother, James Pierce Jr.; and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Bible Baptist Church at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 25, with Pastor Don Shepherd officiating. Visitation will be from 1 until 2 p.m., prior to the service. Condolences may be sent to the family on our website at www.memorialfcelizabethton.com
