The Julius Dugger – John Carter NSDAR will meet Saturday, Feb. 1, at 10:15 a.m. at the Elizabethton/Carter County Public Library for its regular meeting and Presidents’ Day observance.

After an introductory review of Presidents’ Day information and history, Levi Shults will be present portraying Abraham Lincoln and reviewing the American Presidents. Levi is eight years old and a third-grader at Weaverville Elementary School, Weaverville, N.C.

The public is welcome to attend.
