Justin Lee Marshall, 35, Elizabethton, passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2020. He was born December 23, 1984 in Johnson City. He lived his life in Elizabethton.
Justin served in the United States Army. He was a graduate of Elizabethton High School. He was employed by Taco Bell.
He was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Lee Marshall; his maternal grandparents, Clarence and Kathleen Marshall and Noble McNeal; and an uncle and aunt, Clarence Marshall Jr. and Treasa Marshall.
Survivors include his mother, Melissa McNeal; his sister, Elizabeth McClellan; a niece, Evelyn Whitaker; grandmother, Connie McNeal; girlfriend, Anna McCoy; and several aunts and cousins.
The graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 4, in the Johnson Cemetery, Crabtree Community, with Pastor Jerry Davis officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Active pallbearers will be Jeremy McNeal, Anthony Hopkins, Tony Gray, Tim McClellan, Johnny Hummer, Greg Jones, Ben Whaley and CJ Woods. Honorary pallbearer will be James “Jimmy the Legs” McNaulty. Friends may also visit with the family at the residence of his grandmother, 120 Pleasant Beach Road, Elizabethton.
