KCCB (Keep Carter County Beautiful) volunteers came out on a wet cold Saturday morning for a successful Milligan Highway trash/litter cleanup, especially on the steep banks. They collected 25 bags of trash along with assorted items, wrecked car parts, one hypodermic needle and one motorcycle battery.
