Tennessee Basketball Prep Poll

The recently released prep basketball poll has five Northeast Tennessee teams listed in this week’s poll.
On the boys’ side, Science Hill came in fourth in the Class 3A poll.
Meanwhile, the Sullivan South Rebels made their first venture in the poll coming in at 10th in Class 2A.
The girls’ poll finds Sullivan Central dropping one spot from sixth to seventh in this week’s Class 2A poll.
In Class 1A, the Cloudland Lady Highlanders even their score with North Greene last week and as a result the two teams flip-flopped in the poll this week as Cloudland moved to seventh and North Greene dropped to ninth.
The poll for both boys’ and girls’ is as follows:
The Associated Press’ Top 10 teams in each of Tennessee’s three Division I non-financial aid classifications and in the combined Division II financial aid classification as selected by Tennessee AP-member sportswriters and broadcasters. With first-place votes in parentheses, records through February 3, total points based on 10 points for a first-place vote through one point for a 10th-place vote:
