Barbara Sue McInturff Collins

Barbara Sue McInturff Collins, 75, Elizabethton, passed away Saturday, February 8, 2020, at Johnson City Medical Center.
A native of Carter County, she was a daughter of the late Carlos and Mary Nell McAmis Bennett.
Barbara was a retired employee of North American Rayon Corporation. She loved fishing, camping and gardening. She attended Southside Free Will Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Charles W. Collins, who passed away June 18, 2016, and a sister, Sandra McDaniels.
Survivors include her children, Allen Cooper Sr. and wife Sue Ann, Thomas Cooper and wife Betty, and Susan Lemley and fiancé Tom Lyman; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Linda Bradley and Alice Bennett; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 15, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jeremy Burleson officiating. Entombment will follow in the Mausoleum of Peace at Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active pallbearers will be Caleb Gross, Allen Cooper Jr., Nick Padua, Jacob Cooper, Adam Triplett and Manuel Simerly. Brian Scott Pedigo Sr.
Brian Scott Pedigo Sr., 53, of Highway 91, Elizabethton, died on Wednesday, January 15, 2020, at the residence of his aunt, in Chesapeake, Va. He was surrounded by his special friend and angel, Carla Blechman, and family.
Brian is survived by his son, Brian Scott Pedigo II (Stephanie); grandson, Kaleb Bryson Pedigo; his mother, Dora R. Kinzer, and father, William O. Pedigo; his brothers, William O. Pedigo Jr., Robert Allen Pedigo and Jeffrey Wayne Brown (Kim); a very special aunt, Anita Diane MacBride; aunt, Deanna Phelps (Rich); uncles, Michael Kinzer (Claudia), Frank R. Kinzer and Phillip A. Kinzer (Evelyn); and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, February 16, at Lower Shell Creek Christian Church by Rev. Gerald Holly at 1 p.m. and interment after the service. Following the service, a gathering will be at the church.
