Candida Badua Crumley, 81, of Elizabethton, Tenn., passed away from a lengthy illness at Johnson City Medical Center on Thursday, June 18, 2020. Candida was born and raised in Pangasinan, Philippines.
Candida was predeceased by her husband, James A. Crumley; her parents, Maximo and Margarita Badua; and many family members of the Badua and Crumley families.
Those left to cherish her memories are her step-children and families, relatives of the Crumley family, many nieces and nephews of the Badua family, and one sister, Teodora Cabading, in the Philippines.
She will be missed by the Calvary Baptist Church family and by her Filipino friends.
A graveside service to honor the life of Candida Badua Crumley will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, June 22, at Happy Valley Memorial Park with Pastor Jacob Guinn officiating. Those who wish to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at the funeral home by 2:30 p.m. Monday to go in procession to the cemetery. The family will receive friends at Hathaway-Percy Funeral and Cremation Services from 1:30 until 2:30 p.m. Monday.
