To the Editor:
Protesting isn’t going to change anyone for good. Only Jesus changes people for good. It’s wise to stay far away from all protests. Let the police and National Guard that are experts handle protests.
The more people at the protest makes the police job harder. It’s sad to see so many young people support socialism and communism and hate America and want to destroy all statues and other things that offend them. At first they just removed or destroyed confederate statues. Then protesters removed Columbus, Ulysses S. Grant, Francis Scott Key and Lincoln showing they hate all of America.
Lenin said, “socialism is the road to communism.” In 1858, Lincoln said, “a house divided against itself cannot stand.” Lincoln got these words from the Bible. Proverbs 22:28 says, “Remove not the ancient landmarks, which thy fathers have set.” The Bible teaches it’s important to remember history. The most important thing to remember is Jesus died for our sin. Jesus says Christians should take the Lords Supper to remember His sacrifice.
Cicero, Roman philosopher and statesman, said, “to be ignorant of what occurred before you were born is to remain always a child.” In communist countries the people joke that history keeps changing. Many evil people want to re-write or change American history and slander and demonize all of our forefathers. In his book “1984” George Orwell said, “Who controls the past controls the future. Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. The past was erased, the erasure was forgotten, the lie became the truth!” George Orwell said, “The most effective way to destroy people is to deny and obliterate their own understanding of their history!”
Only what you do for God will last. The Great Pyramid at Giza, Egypt was built to honor God according to the Bible. Jeremiah 33:20 says, “You have set signs and wonders in the land of Egypt to this day.” Isaiah 19:19 says, “In that day there will be an altar to the Lord in the midst of the land of Egypt and a pillar to the Lord at its border. And it will be for a sign and for a witness to the Lord of host in the land of Egypt.” The Great pyramid is a true masterpiece and has rightly earned the title of a “wonder.” It was built with greater precision than our current technology can produce. It is over 4500 years old and probably built by Enoch who was raptured by God. On September 20, 2017 according to www.watchfortheday.org the pyramid aligned with the stars for the first time to be a sign that Jesus is coming! Put your trust in Jesus and let Jesus change your future!
