The Elizabethton Parks and Recreation Department announce the 2020 Patriotic Pet Pageant winners.
Participants were asked to dress their pet in their best patriotic attire and send a photo to the Elizabethton Parks and Recreation Facebook page or Facebook Messenger. The contest winners were announced on Monday, July 6.
The 2020 Patriotic Pet Pageant winners are:
1st place went to Roxie – Owned by Jenett Morgan
2nd place went to Frank – Owned by Emily Fitzpatrick-Gorby
3rd place went to Patriotic Chicks – Owned by Kim Hartman
