2 dead, 1 wounded in East Tennessee shooting

KNOXVILLE (AP) — Two people died and a third was wounded in a shooting in East Tennessee, police said.
News outlets cited a statement from the Knoxville Police Department in reporting the wounded person arrived at the University of Tennessee Medical Center Sunday morning and gave police details about the shooting.
Investigating officers then found two more gunshot victims in a building and they were pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Police did not release any identities pending notification of kin. The investigation is continuing.
No further details were released.
