Common in the surrounding area is many beautiful waterfalls that dot the landscape with the beauty and splendor that God had in mind when he created them.
People make vacation plans in advance to go and hike into areas that are home to these beautiful creations of rushing rock, jagged rocks, and the splendor of the many colors of foliage that surround them.
Local minister, Michael Klaus, Minister at First Christian Church, spent a recent day taking photos of the beauty of Spivey Falls in Erwin.
