The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Joshua Holtsclaw, 29, 71 Charleston Square, Johnson City, was arrested on October 1 by Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant for failure to appear.
Michael Sims, 42, 1240 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 1 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.
Benjamin Blackwell, 28, 358 Carter’s Valley Road, Rogersville, was arrested on October 1 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for failure to appear.
Angela Oliver, 48, 128 Chapels Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 1 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for violation of probation.
Isaiah Holtsclaw, 31, 105 Sawmill Road, Hampton, was arrested on October 2 by Deputy Robert Scott on a warrant for violation of probation.
Dustin Garland, 30, 192 Rosewood Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 2 by Sgt. William Staschak on a warrant for failure to appear.
Isaiah Holtsclaw, 31, 105 Sawmill Road, Hampton, was arrested on October 2 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for failure to appear.
Tony Bales, 20, 103 Dugger St., Hampton, was arrested on October 3 by Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for violation of probation.
Alexis Townsend, 27, 193 Echo Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 3 by Deputy Justin Covington for simple possession x2, unlawful drug paraphernalia and possession for resale.
Pamela Meade, 35, 950 Rainbow Road, Mountain City, was arrested on October 3 by Deputy Tyler Holsclaw on a warrant for failure to appear.
Timothy Woods, 24, 389 Bear Branch Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested on October 3 by Deputy Tyler Holsclaw on a warrant for failure to appear.
Daniel Morris, 38, 104 Nave St., Hampton, was arrested on October 3 by Deputy Tyler Holsclaw on a warrant for violation of probation.
Keith Nave, 49, 131 Norman Joines Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 3 by Deputy Tyler Holsclaw on a warrant for violation of probation.
Charlie Hughes, 26, 930 Rittertown Road, Hampton, was arrested on October 3 by Deputy Tyler Holsclaw on a warrant for violation of probation.
Jacob Culler, 34, 181 Carver Crabtree Road, Hampton, was arrested on October 3 by Deputy Christopher Caudill on a warrant for failure to appear and a warrant for violation of probation.
Howard Mitchell, 46, 1263 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 3 by Sgt. William Staschak on a warrant for failure to appear.
Melvin Simmons, 49, address withheld, was arrested on October 3 by Deputy Clyde Garland for aggravated domestic assault.
Jared Brock, 34, 457 Garrison Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 3 by Sgt. William Staschak on a warrant for failure to appear.
Janice Shepard, 62, 135 Sara Annie Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 4 by Deputy Raymond Mink on a warrant for failure to appear.
Francis Stevens, 21, 452 Willow Springs Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 4 by Deputy Erica Huskins on a warrant for violation of probation.
Richie Caraway, 39, 306 Highway 143, Roan Mountain, was arrested on October 4 by Deputy Justin Covington for criminal trespassing.
Mark Cable, 47, 109 Wood Lane, Church Hill, was arrested on October 4 by Deputy Tyler Holsclaw on a warrant for violation of probation.

Suzanne Ray, 35, 114 Pearl Bowers Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 2 by EPD Sgt. Matt Croy for public intoxication.
Nathaniel Marks, 40, 129 Potterrack Road, Hampton, was arrested on October 3 by EPD Officer Mike Ward on a warrant for failure to appear.
Hutch Sims, 23, 107 Mary Evelyn Circle, Johnson City, was arrested on October 4 by EPD Officer Justin Pearce on a warrant for domestic assault, false imprisonment, interference with emergency calls and a warrant for domestic assault and child abuse and neglect.
Dean Lloyd, 41, 104 Grandview St., Mt Carmel, was arrested on October 5 by EPD Officer Cody Mullins on a warrant for violation of community corrections.
