Roan Street Free Will
Roan Street Free Will Baptist Church will have an in-car service Sunday in the church’s fellowship hall parking lot at 10 a.m.
Minister Brett Jones will have the message.
Those attending can tune in to 89.7 on their car radio to listen. Everyone is asked to remain in their cars during the service.
First Presbyterian
First Presbyterian Church, Elizabethton, will have an online worship service Sunday, Oct. 25, at 11 a.m.
The Rev. Dr. Matt Fry will present the sermon “Sticks and Stones” based on Ex. 20: 7.
Youth and Adult Forums, Wednesday Meditation, and Thursdays with Jesus will meet on-line this week.
All in-person events remain canceled until further notice.
The Rev. Dr. Brian Wyatt is pastor.
First Christian
First Christian Church, Elizabethton, will have drive-in, tune-in, and worship Him services Sunday. A 9:45 a.m. Sunday, members and friends will park, stay in their cars, and tune their car’s radio to 90.5 FM. A worship pack will be distributed to each car.
November 1, the congregation will have “Family Day” with the service beginning at 9:45 a.m. “We look forward to meeting ‘in person’ again and being with church family and friends. Let’s celebrate being able to worship together,” said Minister Michael Klaus.
Southside Free Will
Southside Free Will Baptist Church, 224 Jack Bradley Road, will celebrate homecoming Nov. 1 at 11 a.m.
Special guest for the service will be Mike Upright. Featured will be great singing and good food.
Pastor Jeremy Burleson and the congregation invite the public to this special service.
Grace Baptist
Grace Baptist Church, 114 Broad St., will have a drive-thru trunk-or-treat Monday, Oct. 25, from 3 to 5 p.m. or until supplies last.
The event is a free family event that will meet all safety and social distancing guidelines.
The drive-thru trunk-or-treat will feature decorated trunks, candy, and door prizes.
You must RSVP and register at ElizabethtonGrace.com for this event. Also, persons attending must remain in vehicles at all times.
No public restrooms will be available
