The following arrests have been reported by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office:
Ethan O’Brien, 37, 103 Sequoyah Drive, Johnson City, was arrested on October 21 by Deputy Clyde Garland for public intoxication.
Brittany Smith, 21, 311 Grand Avenue Extension, Johnson City, was arrested on October 21 by Deputy Erica Huskins on a warrant for failure to appear.
Tabatha Markland, 30, 137 Lovers Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 21 by Deputy Raymond Mink on a warrant for violation of probation.
Kelvin Bradley, 43, 3 Mel Circle, Johnson City, was arrested on October 22 by Lt. Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for violation of probation.
Faith Taylor, 41, 404 S. Roan St., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 22 by Deputy Erica Huskins for fugitive from justice.
Elliott Shaw, 28, 804 Oak St., Johnson City, was arrested on October 22 by Lt. Daniel Kneaskern on a warrant for identity theft.
Ralph Sams, 49, 1110 Valley St., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 23 by Sgt. Matthew Norton on a warrant for violation of probation.
Joshua Moore, 31, 247 Reynolds Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 23 by Sgt. Matthew Norton on a warrant for failure to appear.
Christopher Peterson, 38, 1895 Sunflower Lane, Watauga, was arrested on October 23 by Deputy Morris Stewart for possession of stolen property.
Steven Walker, 37, 164 Ruby Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 23 by Lt. Travis Ludlow for DUI and driving on a suspended license.
Lonnie Harding, 63, address withheld, was arrested on October 24 by Sgt. Eric Norman for domestic assault and resisting arrest.
Thomas Cowan, 30, 513 South Lynn Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 24 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for violation of probation.
Ashley Lusk, 33, 1101 Arney St., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 24 by Deputy Justin Johnson on a warrant for theft over $1,000.
Steve Buchanan, 33, 417 Woodlyn Road, Johnson City, was arrested on October 25 by Deputy Justin Johnson for domestic violence.
Anthony McDaniel, 40, 1924 Stouts Branch Road, Mountain City, was arrested on October 25 by Deputy Christopher Peek on a warrant for violation of probation.
Corey Lyons, 24, address withheld, was arrested on October 25 by Sgt. Eric Norman for domestic assault.
Mike Gillman, 62, address withheld, was arrested on October 25 by Deputy Robert Scott for domestic assault.
Aaron Keever, 37, 104 Arrowood Drive, Jonesborough, was arrested on October 25 by Lt. James Nienast on a warrant for violation of probation.
Ashley Leonard, 37, 676 Old Elizabethton Hwy., Bluff City, was arrested on October 26 by Sgt. Eric Norman on a warrant for violation of probation.
Daniel Byrd, 35, 676 Old Elizabethton Hwy., Bluff City, was arrested on October 26 by Sgt. Eric Norman on a warrant for violation of probation.

Melinda Jenkins, 24, address withheld, was arrested on October 18 by EPD Officer Lance Peters for assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Jennifer Bradley, 27, 100 South Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested on October 22 by EPD Officer James Stevens on a warrant for violation of probation.
Brad Mullins, 39, 171 Renfro Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on October 23 by EPD Captain Anthony Buck for driving on a revoked license (third offense), misuse of evidence of registration and violation of financial responsibility.
Billy Clemons, 56, homeless, was arrested on October 24 by EPD Officer Chad Hughes for public intoxication.
Jeffrey Clark, 39, 1319 Bell Ridge Road, Johnson City, was arrested on October 25 by EPD Sgt. Sarah Ellison for public intoxication and possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia.
Scott Peters, 35, homeless, was arrested on October 25 by EPD Officer Jonah Roberts on a warrant for violation of probation.
