CONTRIBUTED — The Carter and Johnson Health Departments will modify COVID-19 testing hours effective Monday, Nov. 16.
The Carter County Health Department is located at 403 East G Street, Elizabethton, TN 37643
Testing is Monday-Friday between 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Testing is Monday-Friday between 12 p.m. – 3 p.m.

Testing for each health department is based on capacity of available staffing and test kit availability.
