Daniel Charles Reece, 61, of Piney Flats, Tenn., passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at the Waters of Johnson City. Daniel was born in Johnson City to Jean Lilly Reece, of Elizabethton, and the late Gordon Reece. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Reece, and a sister, Connie Bivens.
Daniel was a United States Navy Veteran and had worked as a small business owner, serving the community in the maintenance, mechanical and electrical fields. He was a highly intelligent man and will be dearly missed by those that knew him.
Those left to cherish his memory, in addition to his mother, include two sons, Patrick Reece of New Jersey, and Charles Reece of Morristown; one sister, Tina Robinson of Elizabethton; and a grandson, Wolfgang Reece.
