Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Our mother, Vantha Nakhonexay, was the greatest mom any of us could ever ask for. On January 2, 2021, we have lost our rock, but have gained one great, beautiful angel who will always watch over us from heaven. Mom was 84, born on April 6, 1936. She loved and married our father, Inthong Nakhonexay, and lived in Vienetiane, Laos. The family immigrated to the US in 1980. Her husband, Inthong, passed away in 1984.
She is survived by her children, Bunlang Khonsai (eldest in Thailand), Duanmala, Douangmalay, Douangchay, Douangkeo, Douangkeovilay, Lakeo, and Thavone. Mom has ten grandchildren, three great-grandchildren in the US, more in Thailand. She was a strong, big hearted, family loving, a giver, a fighter, a survivor, and many, many more. Mom was always there for anyone needing her wisdom. She gave all of us the best advice, love and memories for our lifetime. Though she is no longer with us, she is in our hearts forever and always. Rest In Peace mom/grandma, your memories will be cherished forever.
