Elizabethton Electric Department Employee Brandon Montgomery recently completed the lineman certification training program as part of the Tennessee Valley Public Association (TVPPA) guidelines.
The program consists of: (4) correspondence programs and (3) Field Labs through TVPPA, and (4) years on-the-job training in line construction, maintenance and troubleshooting of an electrical distribution system.
Elizabethton Electric Department linemen go through extensive training to maintain safety standards and keep our power in working order!
