Barbara Sue Livingston Singleton, 79, of Elizabethton, Tenn., passed away Sunday, February 7, 2021, at Life Care Center of Gray. She was born in Elizabethton, Tenn., to the late Erwin Livingston and Carrie Morrell Deloach.
Barbara loved to travel, read her Bible, work crossword puzzles and spend time with her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Timothy Miller, and daughter, Kimberly Miller.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Dirk Singleton and wife Catherine and their two daughters, of Cleveland, Tenn.; daughter-in-law, Kelly Miller of Elizabethton and her grandson, Cammeron Miller; a sister, Frances McNeal and husband Joseph of North Carolina; a niece, Alicia Preston of Cleveland, Tenn.; and a special friend, Liberty Wilhelm.
