Pamela Weems Greene, 63, Elizabethton, went home to be with the Lord on February 6, 2021. She was preceded in death by her sister, Debbie Messer.
Left to cherish her memory are Kelly Greene Sr.; two sons, Kelly Greene Jr., whom she affectionately called “IB,” Israel Ottinger, and a stepson, David Creech; granddaughters, Hannah, Kaitlyn and Brynlee, whom she affectionately called “My sunshine”; one grandson, Kelly Ray Creech. She had one great-granddaughter, Copeland, and one brother and sister-in-law.
Pam enjoyed gardening and being outside as well as spending time with her family. She had a great passion for helping and caring for others. She was a former employee of Life Care Center of Elizabethton for several years, where she was able to fulfill that passion. Her generosity and loving nature will be greatly missed.
The family would like to express gratitude to the staff at Holston Valley Medical Center. A special thank you to Life Care Center of Elizabethton for their love and care provided to Pam.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, February 21, at the American Legion, 111 S. Watauga Avenue, Elizabethton, Tenn., from 2 until 4 p.m. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone is required to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
