Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

A kindergarten teacher, a car enthusiast, two retirees who had adopted Elizabethton as their place to call home, a Baptist minister, and there are many more who have died because of COVID-19.
The coronavirus epidemic is an undiscriminating reaper. It has brought death to all walks of life, all economic backgrounds, all races and all the continents.
We are asking for help from the our readers and the community in remembering those we have lost to COVID-19 with a special memorial page on Easter Sunday.
If you have lost a family member or a friend, please contact us at the Elizabethton STAR. We would like to publish their photo, along with a brief bit of information, on the Easter Memorial Page.
Share their name, age, date of death, community they lived in, what their life’s work was and any other significant information.
You may bring it by the STAR office or email it to rozella.hardin@elizabethton.com or robin.johnson@elizabethton.com. You may also mail it to the Elizabethton STAR, Easter Memorial, 300 N. Sycamore St., Elizabethton, TN 37643.
The deadline is March 29.
