Ever since Factory Connection has been a part of the Elizabethton and Carter County community, the retailer has never failed to remember that to be a good neighbor you must show yourself to be one.

Recently, the store reached out once again to the community with their love and generosity as they presented the young ladies at the East Tennessee Christian Home with articles of clothing and shoes.

According to the store’s website, there are currently more than 300 stores in 16 states and the retailer is growing rapidly. The site goes on to share how the retailer is a destination shopping experience for their customers offering a wide selection of brand-name fashions for Juniors, Misses, Plus, Men’s, and Young Men’s, along with accessories and shoes.

Factory Connection began in 1976 as one store with approximately 1,000 square feet in downtown Guntersville, Alabama.

Buying from the industry’s leading fashion manufacturers allows Factory Connection to offer name brand and specialty store fashions at prices that are 25% to 70% below regular retail.

The donation to the Christian Home was presented by store manager Stacie Bennett and sales associate Nancy Berry who were hand to share in the excitement.

The presentation was only one of many as Factory Connection has shown compassion to several groups who have been in recent need for help.

“Our store truly enjoys being involved in the community as we work with several other groups including Cap the Gap, Recovery Soldiers Ministry, Carter County Schools Homeless Education, Red Legacy, Kids Like Us, and Relay for Life as well as local nursing homes,” Berry shared.

“We support our community and they support us. It is a win, win situation.”

The store is opened seven days a week with store hours being 10 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday and from 1 pm to 6 pm on Sunday.

“We just want to invite everyone to come in and shop with us,” Berry added. “Not only do we carry beautiful ladies and men’s clothing and accessories but we also offer delightful home decor as well.”

Factory Connection is located at 163 Hudson Drive in Elizabethton in West Towne Square.
