Rhonda Chafin is the Executive Director of the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Tennessee. She presented a program to the Elizabethton Rotary Club about the levels of hunger in our area and the effects of the pandemic. Also, she described all the programs provided by the Food Bank. After the meeting,  the Club toured the pantry at First Christian Church for individuals without sufficient food in our community.
