On Friday, June 25, the Julius Dugger-John Carter Chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution met at Happy Valley Memorial Park in Elizabethton to mark the grave of Daughter, Kathryn Jane Dugger-Edwards. Those in attendance were Daughters, Dora Kinser, Jean Potter, Pamela Miller, Lois Shults Davis, and prospective member, Brenda Sneyd. Chapter Chaplin, Lois Shults Davis, gave the scripture, NSDAR dedication, and prayer. Family in attendance were Jane Dugger, Mark Dugger, Jane Bowers. and various family and friends who honored Ms. Dugger with placing of individual memorial flowers.
