Mr. and Mrs. Adam Ashley, Log Cabin Road, Elizabethton, celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on Tuesday, July 6, 2021. A private reception will be held at a later date.
They were married July 6, 1996, at New Liberty Freewill Baptist Church, where the couple still attends. Rev. Ray Colbaugh officiated the ceremony.
Mrs. Ashley is the former Lisa Carden.
The couple has three children, Brooklynn, Raegan and Brayden, all of Elizabethton.
Adam’s parents are J.R. and Carolyn Hambrick and the late Paul Ashley. Lisa’s parents are Etta Carden and the late Earnest Carden.
Adam is employed by International Paper and Lisa is an operator/co-owner at Paradise Beauty Salon and a Disney travel agent with Pure Magic Travel. 
The couple will be taking an anniversary cruise on the Disney Wish next summer.
