If you have taken a trip to Ingle’s grocery store in Elizabethton recently, you may have noticed a new business open in the old home of the Hallmark store.
Sleep Solutions, a locally owned mattress gallery, opened a store in Elizabethton three months ago. It is the second for owners in Northeast Tennessee.
“We are successful in Greeneville and have been there for six years, so we decided to expand and saw that Carter County was an area that was one of the least served and needed a mattress store,” said Justin Wilhoit, owner of Sleep Solutions Mattress Gallery and Greeneville resident.
“We are very blessed to be in Carter County, and the people of the area have welcomed us with open arms, so we are grateful for that.”
Wilhoit said he enjoys having a business in Greene County and in Carter County, two areas with similar demographics. “It is very interesting and at times it is challenging, which is something that I enjoy very much. I love to help people change their lives, and that is what we get to do every day.”
Sleep Solutions in Elizabethton will host a grand opening celebration with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Oct. 19.
Located at 772 West Elk Avenue in Elizabethton, Sleep Solutions Mattress Gallery is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Anyone seeking more information can call the store at (423) 342-4255.
