With both sides of downtown Elk Avenue flowing with children and adults alike dressed in their Halloween’s finest, businesses stayed busy filling bags and pumpkins with various types of treats as the 2021 Downtown Trick or Treat was a smashing success Friday.
Children had a great time and many business owners handed out so much candy they had to shut down early due to running out.
Star Staff member Ivan Sanders was downtown and took several photos of smiles covering faces from ear to ear on those who came out to get some of their favorite sugary items.
